One thing worth mentioning is my experience with the Shifter team . When I originally purchased the Shifter Theme their customer service was fantastic.
I do not imagine its a big team but they could certainly teach some of the large corporations a thing or two.
On attempting to install the theme they kept in contact by mail guiding me through the process and even contacting my hosting company to get some server settings changed.
So have no fear if you decide to invest in the Shifter Theme based on my experience you will get excellent support.
